At Great Eastern Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific items from your order history that you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn, unwashed condition to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
